Disclosure
What our agents say, and who we will not call.
This page exists because half of this category is quietly breaking the rules our clients would be liable for. Here is exactly what we do, in plain language, so you can hold us to it.
Every call opens with a disclosure and a recording notice
The first thing the agent says on any call is that it is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. There is no configuration option to turn that off — not for us, and not for a client who asks.
Recording-consent law varies by state, and the agent has no reliable way to know where a caller is. Rather than guess, we run the version that satisfies the strictest state on every call in every state.
We do not call people who did not contact us first
An AI-generated voice is treated as an artificial voice under federal telemarketing rules, and calls like that need real, prior, written permission — not an implication, not a business card, not "they seemed interested."
- We will not dial a list a client uploads. Not a purchased list, not an old customer export, whatever we are told about opt-ins. This is where vendors in our category get their clients into trouble, and the answer is always no.
- We do not cold-call on a client's behalf. It isn't a service we sell.
- Our own AI only calls you if you asked it to, on this website, by entering your number and ticking a box that was not pre-ticked.
- We scrub the federal Do-Not-Call registry before any calling campaign, and the Tennessee Do-Not-Call / Do-Not-Text register before any calling or texting campaign — Tennessee's covers texts, which catches vendors out.
The consent ledger
Every permission we rely on is stored with the timestamp, the IP address it came from, the exact wording that was displayed, and the version of the page it was displayed on.
That means if anyone ever asks — a customer, a carrier, a regulator — the answer is a record rather than an assurance. It is the same reason we would rather own a client's intake form than bolt automation onto permissions somebody else collected without evidence.
What we do not collect
No voice biometrics, no speaker identification, no voiceprints, in any state. The voice platforms offer it. Several states attach serious per-violation penalties to storing it. We have no product reason to want it, so it stays off at the vendor.
Where we sell
We only take on clients in states whose rules for calling, recording, texting, and email we have researched and written down. Right now that's Ohio, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Missouri, and we add more on a schedule.
If you're somewhere else, we'll say so plainly and put you on the waitlist rather than sell you something we can't yet operate properly. That's an unusual thing for a vendor to volunteer, and it's the same instinct behind everything else on this page.
Questions about any of this are welcome and we'd rather have them before you buy than after. Get in touch →
