Published, and the same for everybody
What it costs, before you talk to anybody.
Everyone else in this category hides pricing behind a demo request. Here it is. Buy one product, or buy the whole desk.

The three products
Follow-Up
Every unsold estimate worked for thirty days. Dormant customers reactivated. Invoices chased.
$2,500 setup + $997/mo
What it does →Front Desk
Nobody gets a voicemail. Emergencies triaged on your rules, your on-call tech texted, bookings into your calendar.
Two tiers. You buy one of them, not both.
What it does →Storefront
A fast website that converts, booking and quote forms, Google Business Profile, and a review engine.
$1,500 build + $197/mo
What it does →Or take all three
The Whole Desk
$4,000 setup, then $1,497/month
Follow-Up, Storefront, and Front Desk at its Always On tier. One platform, one dashboard, one invoice.
Covers setup and all twelve months. The same year paid monthly is $21,964, so prepaying keeps $5,464.
| Same three products | Setup | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Bought one at a time | $6,500 | $2,191 |
| The Whole Desk | $4,000 | $1,497 |
| You keep | $2,500 | $694 |
A package price, not a discount — it is the same number for everybody.
The two promises
Live in 14 days, or the setup fee is refunded.
The clock starts when your twenty-minute onboarding call ends. We control the rest of it entirely.
Month to month. Cancel any time, no notice period, no contract.
One email ends the renewal. Service continues through the period you already paid for.
Both are measurable from our own system, so neither can turn into a dispute. That is the whole reason they're shaped this way.
Questions people ask about the price
$1,497 a month is a lot of money.
It is. Run the sourced profit scenario with your estimate volume, current close rate, average quote, and gross margin. Then get the free audit to see whether the follow-up gap is actually there.
Which one should I start with?
Estimates sitting unsold — Follow-Up. Calls dying in voicemail at night — Front Desk, After Hours. Nobody can find you — Storefront.
Is the package cheaper than picking two?
Often. Any two of these land between $1,194 and $1,994 a month; all three is $1,497. It is worth thirty seconds with a calculator.
When do I actually pay?
Setup clears when you sign, before we build. The monthly starts the day you go live — you are never billed for the two weeks we spend building.
Why is there a setup fee at all?
It pays for the build that happens before you owe us a monthly payment. An agency that waives it has been paid nothing to make your first month work.
Do you ever discount?
No. If the setup fee is the obstacle, we're probably not the right fit yet — we'd rather tell you that than discount into a bad month for both of us.
What happens if I cancel?
One email ends the renewal, no retention gauntlet. Service continues through the period you already paid for, and you keep the website if we built you one.
What we don't do
Said here, in public, before anyone asks:
- No dispatching. We don't decide which tech goes where.
- No payments or collections beyond reminder messaging.
- No cold-calling on your behalf. We will not dial a list you upload — ever, whatever you tell us about opt-ins.
- No general marketing. No paid ads, no social, no brand work.
- No answering for two businesses on one number, and no white-labelling to another agency without a separate agreement.
- No promise the agent handles every call. It escalates when it isn't sure, on purpose.
- No recruiting. We cut the applicant-screening product — a shop your size hires a few times a year and would have paid for it monthly.
The 90-Day Unsold Estimate Audit
Check the gap before you buy.
Before you decide any of this is worth the money, find out whether recent estimates are actually going without follow-up. Free, back within two business days after we receive your export or read-only access, no call required.
